A day to celebrate every Warrior Maddie loves.
Maddie's Warrior Day is a celebration of the men and women who have given so much in service to our country — the veterans who inspired this whole mission and who Maddie now proudly calls her Warriors.

What started as one little girl making prayer bracelets for her grandfather has grown into a family of hundreds of Warriors across the East Coast. Maddie's Warrior Day is our way of bringing them together — to share a meal, to share stories, and most of all, to say thank you in person to the veterans who have meant so much to Maddie and her family.
It's a day filled with gratitude and joy — a chance for Maddie to meet the Warriors who have been wearing her bracelets, for veterans to connect with one another, and for families, friends, and community members to honor service, sacrifice, and healing. Whether you're a veteran, a family member, or a supporter, you're invited to come stand with Maddie and celebrate her Warriors.

We're humbled by everyone joining us at the Wainwright VFW for this special day — from local veterans organizations and PTSD support groups to the news teams sharing Maddie's story with the community.

At Warrior Day, the various veterans organizations will present Maddie with custom commemorative plaques in appreciation for her work and the impact her bracelets have had on so many Warriors. The plaques themselves are generously donated by their manufacturer — who is also sponsoring all of the food for the day's celebration.

We're deeply grateful to the manufacturer of these beautiful plaques, who is generously sponsoring all of the food for Warrior Day so every veteran in attendance is fed and honored.

Reporters from News Channel 7 and News Channel 13 will be on site at the Wainwright VFW to cover Warrior Day and help share Maddie's story with the community.
